I think possession would cause a bit of a stir in regards to religion. Most of the more 'horror'-geared occult are just monster myth - possession is something that is widely regarded by many religions as something that exists. An exorcism is rebuking a demon, and I'm not sure if EA would want to prod the metaphorical beehive with that one.

In random, the Sim is possessed and becomes lucid again, it can interact alone, it has control of interactions and Cheats … I found it interesting to create great stories … A big thank you to Scarlet who hosted my mod. . Yes but they could say a Sim is 'haunted' instead of possessed, and the spirit could be a ghost.I think possession would cause a bit of a stir in regards to religion. No need for a new life state, just some better and more interesting options for playable ghosts. - edited May 20130
- edited May 2013We have the mummy's curse in World Adventures so hopefully this wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
Things could start happening around the house like furniture moving on it's own (I'm pretty sure ghosts can do this in TS3?) then the haunted Sim could start levitating or something. She could start doing mean interactions to other Sims on her own accord and you have to call the mad professor from TS2. He could scan her with his machine like the TS3 doctor's have, or you could have a fortune tell rid her of the curse.

It would be, it would add a lot more depth. Maybe the Sims who are took over an have really red eyes.. and wear clothing like the one they are possessed by..

- edited May 2013Possessing certain objects and sims as a ghost would make the ghost sim more of an occult than just a normal sim and would be an excellent idea. It also could involve the ghost hunters and the Grim Reaper more to try to send them back to the netherworld when they are present.
